I agreed to a £3.00 trial for 3 days and submitted my query . I waited a long time for a non answer followed by another email a long while later which did not answer my question . Subsequently I noticed £30.00 had been taken from my Card and two further amounts of £30.00 since then . My fault for not being more vigilant. I did not see anywhere anything saying there would be an ongoing monthly charge of £30.00 nor did I see clearly anywhere the opportunity to”cancel” which the adviser claimed I should have seen . They say they are “unable” to reimburse me. Great care needed over the details. Disappointing sadly.
