I paid a £1 fee then £16 to talk to a service person about my fridge freezer but I DID NOT agree to join as that was the first and only time in over 70 years that I had needed to use such a service. I did agree to the £17 in original charges as I received the required service. I am on a pension and cannot afford an extra £35 monthly charge for a service I do not want or need. I feel that I was scammed! I am visiting friends for a few days away from home at present but will be contacting my bank to try to get this sum refunded. I am very unhappy about this.
