Worst products and customer service I have ever experienced and I’ve done all my shopping online for 20 years. Never received over $100 worth of clothes and after over 3 months of emails back and forth they still won’t believe that I didn’t receive the package. The P.O. says delivered so I understand the confusion. As requested I initiated a post office search via the usps online form which reported it delivered of course. When I’ve had similar problems, other retailers just send my refund but I guess JFN thinks I’m trying to get away with theft. You can never speak to anyone, and different people respond to emails so you have to start from the beginning to explain again and again. They are just UNABLE to communicate. Very frustrating. So I’m out the money. By the way I did receive one package, very inferior product that I didn’t even feel worthy of donating so in the trash. Never again with this company.
