At first they told me that they can provide a 15% refund for the wrong size. I told them I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth a few times, they told me I can get a 50% refund and I can keep the items. I insisted on a full refund. They finally agreed to a full refund and sent me a shipping label that was not paid. They told me in order to receive a full refund I need to return the items and pay for the shipping back. I then went into my account to share my experience with other users, but the website does not allow me to write a review. That being said, all of their reviews have to be made up if a paying customer cannot leave a review on their website. They have a terrible rating on BBB and other websites online — most consider them a scam website, which they are. I wish I did some research into them before I made the purchase. “Beware, beware. This appears to be a scam where they show pictures of nice clothing and then send you cheap knockoffs not nearly at good as what's in the photos. Who knows where they got the original pictures from. You then find out that to return your purchase you would have to pay postage back to China. Then they offer you a 15% refund. I paid $49.43 for a "sweater" and got a prompt refund of $5.17. Looks like they have it down to a science.”
