“Never received a confirmation email, got partial order after a month, was junk , cancelled the rest of the order but have never received a refund, PayPal for some reason sided with them and closed my complaint”
“The tight knit leggings were neither tight, cotton knit, nor leggings. They were slick,shiny, and wide legged. The print, however, was very pretty ,so I redid the inseam and will use them. My first and last purchase from this company.”
“I purchased two items from the website. The products came after 1 month and were not the correct size. I reached out to their support to ask for a refund. At first they told me that they can provide a 15% refund for the wrong size. I told them I wanted a full refund. After going back and forth a few times, they told me I can get a 50% refund and I can keep the items. I insisted on a full refund. They finally agreed to a full refund and sent me a shipping label that was not paid. They told me in order to receive a full refund I need to return the items and pay for the shipping back. I then went into my account to share my experience with other users, but the website does not allow me to write a review. That being said, all of their reviews have to be made up if a paying customer cannot leave a review on their website. They have a terrible rating on BBB and other websites online — most consider them a scam website, which they are. I wish I did some research into them before I made the purchase. Avoid them at all cost.”

The product advertises goods which look great, but upon receipt are cheap low grade products which do not match

“Beware, beware. This appears to be a scam where they show pictures of nice clothing and then send you cheap knockoffs not nearly at good as what's in the photos. Who knows where they got the original pictures from. You then find out that to return your purchase you would have to pay postage back to China. Then they offer you a 15% refund. I paid $49.43 for a "sweater" and got a prompt refund of $5.17. Looks like they have it down to a science.”
“Note that the 'returns policy' leaves the customer responsible for postage and possible customs to their returns centre in Guangzhou, China! We were offered a 15% refund instead. A disgrace.”
“Horrible experience took over a month to ship . Still missing over half of our items ordered and the ones we did receive are cheap, scratchy and flimsy, not AT ALL like the pictures. They send you a few things at a time and claim that they're out of stock on your missing items, yet they CONTINIOUSLY advertise items they claim to be out of ? SCAM, worst experience ever. “One of the pieces of merchandise I received was not as advertised; pants that were advertised as denim were a stretchy material that was nowhere close to denim. Two other items did not fit. To return the items, the buyer is responsible for shipping. What they do not tell you is that you are shipping to China, so there is the extra customs expense on top of international shipping. I opted to give the stuff away rather than go through the hassle to receive so little. When I told the woman with whom I was live-chatting that I would write a bad review and "call it a day" she responded with an offer of 25% pay back on the return items. She wrote that it would go to my "original account" so I'm hoping it makes it to my credit card account. Meanwhile a local women's shelter is getting some gifts...”
“When the website says easy and fast returns, it is a lie. They wanted me to send returns to China from the US and pay customs rates. When processed only then would I would get my money back.
I went back and forth with them, not accepting the 15%, then 35%, and finally I agreed to a 50% refund, and kept the clothing, agreeing to donate 9 of 12 items received. Refund was transacted accordingly very soon afterwards.
90% of the sizes were too big as a medium. No shape to the tops which were loose and baggie. Quality very poor.

“Worst products and customer service I have ever experienced and I’ve done all my shopping online for 20 years. Never received over $100 worth of clothes and after over 3 months of emails back and forth they still won’t believe that I didn’t receive the package. The P.O. says delivered so I understand the confusion. As requested I initiated a post office search via the usps online form which reported it delivered of course. When I’ve had similar problems, other retailers just send my refund but I guess JFN thinks I’m trying to get away with theft. You can never speak to anyone, and different people respond to emails so you have to start from the beginning to explain again and again. They are just UNABLE to communicate. Very frustrating. So I’m out the money. By the way I did receive one package, very inferior product that I didn’t even feel worthy of donating so in the trash. Never again with this company.”
“Delivery time was over a month and trying to return substandard items was a series of barriers - you pay for shipping and customs and maybe they will credit you once they've inspected it. Avoid this retail site!”
