When the website says easy and fast returns, it is a lie. They wanted me to send returns to China from the US and pay customs rates. When processed only then would I would get my money back.
I went back and forth with them, not accepting the 15%, then 35%, and finally I agreed to a 50% refund, and kept the clothing, agreeing to donate 9 of 12 items received. Refund was transacted accordingly very soon afterwards.
90% of the sizes were too big as a medium. No shape to the tops which were loose and baggie. Quality very poor.
