“Clothes did not fit. When I started the return process, I read that you have to return to another country and pay shipping and customs fees. I contacted by chat and they offered to give me back 15% and I would keep the dresses. Then it went to 25%, I countered with 50% and they said the highest was 30%. They also said it would take awhile to post on my credit card. I plan to file a dispute so it won’t be past the dispute date . The clothes material on one dress is awful and the other two dresses fit funny. I will donate them. Lesson learned. Maybe someone can use as something. I don’t think they will fit anyone.”
“4 weeks to deliver two dresses. Cheapest fabric I have EVER felt, threads dangling out from all over the dress. In no WAY felt like cotton blend per the site, more like a really bad polyester. The reviews all over the place are manipulated by their own media so unfortunately, many will believe them. The good news is I will NEVER order clothes online after this experience, unless the store is near me and accepts returns in person.”

Shirts were dull in colors, not vivid colors as in ad, ordered my size according to their chart but clothing came way too big, Dress was described as black coffee but color can in purple faded color. Return address listed RTS in Jamaica NY but this address does not exist, All returns must be sent to China . Items cost me $ 118.00 They offered me 25% return to keep their mistakes/misrepresentations. Had to ship back to China costing me $ 75 - $ 156. depending on shipping company. This company was not worth my dealing with. Pictures: Dress was ordered Black-Coffee, Shirt dull colors, Other pictures on request. I am X-large. These sizes fit my 2X-3X sister.”

I ordered 5 blouses because they look so beautiful online and was very anxious to receive them. 4 or them were delivered approx. 3 weeks later and 1 took another 3 weeks to receive. The quality is just awful and the sizing is not at all how they list it on their chart. In the description of each blouse, it doesn't tell you the fabric content, just some kind of blend, so I was a little skeptical when I ordered them. I was so disappointed with every blouse and am sending them all back. As the return shipping is on the buyer it cost me $80 to return them. I just pray that they receive them (China) within the return deadline because it took so long for them to get to me from China. I want a complete refund and don't plan to order anything ever again. PLEASE BEWARE!

“It took them 12 days to put my order in a box, before a long shipping. After 12 days to find and box my stuff, they got the order wrong. My dress was not included. The tops I got were poor quality and a strange cut. Don't shop with these people.”

“Buyers beware! This company advertises discounts but good luck getting them. They overcharge on items and when confronted they avoid answering your questions. If you persist, they will offer to cancel your order which is the route I took.
I found there merchandise cheap, overpriced and the customer service worthless. They do not notify you of the date your merchandise ships and you have no way to tract it. I ask the rep in customer service if they were charging me more because I was spending American dollars
and she would not answer my question.

This company sent me several items of which one I could not get over my head, the other was sewn inside out on both sleeves.
(ps, the rest of the blouse was correctly sewn)
The company said it was made that way on purpose..obviously it was not if the rest of the blouse was sewn correctly.
When I asked them to send corrected clothing, they refused
I then was told if I would send back the faulty items they would replace
(which I did)
BUT I needed to pay postage they said
That cost me $27 to an address in China!
I contacted PAYPAL and only the postage was returned to my credit card. This co has the most horrible customer service..
Hopefully you will not ignore the lesson I learned the hard way.
I was a great customer in the past, but never ever again will I trust this company.

“Clothing in the photos look beautiful and fashionable, but when I got several items, I was frustrated. I lot of photoshop done. Deep black on photo - in reality much lighter, other colors too. And the worst thing -is the quality of material. Very - very cheap!
If you wear good quality clothes, don't waste your money. I took mine to Goodwill.”
“Very disappointed. Ordered four shirts all size small. One shirt was huge, one was so small my 10 year old could not wear it. The company offers only a 15%. refund and I am still waiting for that!
