What went right would be easier to answer, that would be nothing!
Product picture not as item delivered. They tried to tell me I was out of time to return product. Returned at my expense £9.10. Their p&p was £5.90. So I am £15 out of pocket and have nothing. Appalling customer services. Please do not buy from them.
