These are awful - never ever- ever ever use them. I booked a Ryan air flight that was changed and Ryan air gave a refund - had to call Just Fly to beg for my refund and they said they would investigate it to see a refund was there - said it would take 3 days and 8 weeks to get the refund !!! Offered to send them to confirmation email from ryan air and said it was no good- am fuming - absolutely no help at all.
I hung on for 40 mins 1 time and the second time I called it was 17 mins!! Joke
