“If there’s in case of emergency they offer this travel insurance you pay extra for. It doesn’t work as easy as you think. You need to be in dying situation to be able to use it. I have pregnancy health issue and I provided them with all they needed but they kept of persisting to have my starting date when my issue started. My Ob provided all that in a letter but they kept on saying that they really need a specific date. The insurance they offer is a scam. I will never be using justfly again. There’s plenty of website you can use other than justfly. People that left good reviews most likely employees of their. I 100% do not recommend this website to book any flights. You will waste so much money and time. Also, their customer service sucks. Most of the time you won’t get an actual person to answer your questions or concerns. It’s robotic communication only. “have used justfly for years and not had many issues except a canceled flight that they did not tell me about but later fixed it. I just bought tickets to cancun but before buying any, I saw that on their website they had tickets for $650 round trip. The dates were flexible but I wanted fixed dates. So I made a mistake and called their customer service. The rep I spoke to lied to me and told me that only one flight is available with only 4 seats left and it is $730 per person. A friend of mine just booked her ticket on the exact same flight so he lied. When trying to buy the tickets two days ago, I told him that I did not see that particular flight on their website. He gave me a bogus excuse that it's because the seats are almost full and only exactly 4 seats left. He then told me the total for 4 people including child was $2700. I approved the transaction. I got a receipt for $2900 instead. I called two days later when I saw the receipt to ask why the rep told me that per person was $730 but I was being charged $758. He told me to divide $2900 by 4 people and it is $730 per person and that my 6 year old son is being charged as an adult. I received an email with receipt showing that my 6 year old child ticket is 100 dollars less than what the reps were telling me and he was being charged as a child under 12. I was told that i passed the 24 hour window to cancel the flight so they said they won't give me a refund and cant help. One rep actually hung up on me mid sentence after he told me to divide the $2900 by 4 people and my 6 year old is being charged adult fees. They are a very dishonest company. I have never spoken to a representative till today but i now know they are shady. Stay away from them if you want piece of mind when traveling or book through them and hope for the best”
“Complete scammers. I would never use them again. I booked a flight with them to Europe. The agent told me I was getting a good deal and it ended up completely opposite. Originally the flight hours showed at 19 and after I booked it the time jumped to 25! I was also told my tickets were “economy”, and they ended up being “economy light”.”
“I originally purchased a flight to Portugal for November , counting on my military son to be able to meet me there for a week to visit his 99 year old great grandmother and then return back with me. After purchasing said tickets at a reasonable price my son mentioned that he would no longer be able to go because of a military obligation. I contacted justfly to be able to transfer my tickets for another day since I was not allowed to cancel. I paid a 150 justfly fee and incurred an extra charge of 60 because of the price difference of the flight and a 199 penalty by the airline. That afternoon my son got confirmation that he would now be able to go and I immediately contacted justfly to get the tickets that I originally purchased back. they refunded me the airline penalty and the 60 difference, however, now the seats were no longer the price I got them but instead 250 dollars more. I had incurred the penalty again and the 250 on top of it. This flight with all the charges doubled in price. Now I'm not blaming anyone for the changes but in military life things definitely change from one moment to the next. The fact that I had just changed them that morning and not even 12 hours passed, and now had to pay the 250 more really upset me. I understood the penalty fee, however the over 250 ticket difference really blows my mind and no one can help me get that ticket price back. They said that my seat was sold to someone else. I never had a seat, I never reserved a particular seat, it is just another opening. If it wasn't for losing the cost of two tickets I would have simply just canceled everything because at this point I don't really feel like going anymore knowing that I am paying double what I started with.”

“Worst online flight booking travel agency to ever exist. Customer service gives you the run around when the international return leg doesn't issue boarding pass and they will not do anything other than blame the liability on the airliner instead of taking responsibility as the booking agency. We got stuck in asia, and has to rebook a separate cost back to the USA being turned away at the check in counter because the booking agency JustFly cancelled our booking on our return flight because another airliner involuntary flight exchange and flight cancellation. They refuse to book us another flight home, refund, reimburse for credit. All they do is shift the accoutability to the airliner. Please do not ever use this company to book any flights or you will regret it. The company will not last long as they have other pending lawsuits. They are a scam and fraudulent booking site. “My recent experience using Just fly for MY FLIGHT, BACK TO THE USA was an ORDEAL. Just fly was totally ineffective in our appeal TO CHANGE OUR RETURN DATE incompetent Copa Airlines and Just Fly after several attempts and hours on the phone, they won't change our return date they will said they don't have availability in any future date in spite of having a flexible ticket . They pushed the envelope back to Copa Airlines who did nothing and could not reassure us as to which flight we can be change. JF charged us way higher for the airfare then what they've quoted initially. JF conned us further, saying you can get better seating if you pay this; you can also get flight insurance coverage if you pay this. So all told, we got no credible response from them with our countless follow-ups, toll free customer support phone numbers that just gave us lame excuses with no effective assistance or relief whatsoever. Copa Airlines did the same when we called requesting guidelines for refund appeals and other passenger assistance support related to our dilemma that necessitated our having to get hotel booking, meal provisions and cab transport to and from the airport/hotel . Copa Airlines customer service line had an automated response that promised a return call after 6 hours, and then having gotten a return call, the next Copa call would yield an automated response of "we will return your call in 9 hours." It's quite PATHETIC. As passengers, we were HELPLESS until the next booking that we had to spend for AGAIN. In my 20 years of traveling experience, this ordeal with Just fly and Copa Airlines has truly tipped the scale to the worst.”

Right after I purchased my air tickets on July 16th, 2024 from Justfly.com, I realized that the departure time was mistaken. I immediately contacted Justfly agent and requested to change just the departure time from pm to am. A guy named Omar, instead of helping me with that, he suggested me to cancel the air ticket and he is going to issue a full refund that way I can make a fresh purchase. I never asked him to cancel the ticket to begin with. But then I thought, may be that was the way to deal with that particular situation. He cancelled the reservation. I was initially charged $1188.24. Later he sent me an email that said I get only $931.92
So he basically tricked me with namely full refund.
I have not gotten a dime yet. I am gonna step up to DOT. I won't recommend this site or agent to any one. Be careful guys....!”

“I simply ordered round trip from Cleveland to Minneapolis, nonstop, Delta, paid, got the booking number from Justfly. Everything went smooth up to this point.
When I did not get my tickets in a few hours, I started to get worried that it takes them to long to confirm my reservation. They said it should take no more then 24 hours. I waited for about 30 hours, still no tickets, and cancelled my booking with them.
Surprisingly I was able to get my tickets directly from Delta for the same flights without any problem for the same price! Got my tickets right away!
When I tried to reach Justfly customer service about the delayed booking during the 30+ hours of waiting, their answer was "we are still working on it". I am wondering what were they working on? The tickets were readily available on the Delta site for anyone but them!
I resume, they are good for nothing, and I should buy directly from airlines from now on.
By the way, I forgot to mention they did not want to issue a refund right away, even though they failed to provide any service. They said I should wait for it for a couple of month. luckily I was able to get my money back through my credit card but Justfly kept $75 service fee for doing nothing!”
