JUSTFLY quoted me over $6000 to reschedule & No Refund to cancel. They offered to book another flight prior to takeoff time of original departure flight for additional fees. I recently bought a round trip ticket and travel insurance and had to cancel 2 days later and it has ended up costing me about $250, because seat fees and other fees are not included!!! I never saw anything saying my trip would not be refunded in full! My family and I are big travelers and will NOT use justfly again. We will go directly to the airline or use another travel aggregator. In addition, I think I was chatting with an Artificial Intelligence system, because it would not accept my birth date for verification, it took 10 minutes just to get that straightened out and then it miscalculated on the calendar!
