“The entire experience was terrible. They constantly added hidden fees, making it feel like a scam. I was charged $88 for a booking fee to select a seat on top of paying to select a seat. Upgrading to a flight with baggage was $222 per person, far more expensive than booking directly with the airline for the same upgrade. When I realized what scam it was I wanted to cancel the flight within 24h but there was another $75 fee per person to cancel within 24 hours, even though the airline wouldn’t charge for that. Wait times were over hour just to chat with someone. While the upfront price might seem lower, they will charge unreasonable fees for everything. I now have to pay $330 per bag for three people—absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. These practices should be illegal.”
“This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with traveling. Just fly reserved my name for a ticket but never completed the ticketing and I was left with NO explanation in Dublin, Ireland from the USA. This is a scam!!! I bought a non refundable ticket so they told me it’s nothing that could be done but buy another one. If I missed my flight due to whatever reason of myself…It’s my fault and I would accept that. If the airline makes an error I would take it up with them. However, this was blatant negligence on the part of JustFly. The airline showed me me and my wife’s name on the screen with NO confirmed TICKETING. It’s as if JustFly reserved our spot but never completed or paid. On one computer the tickets were cancelled. When a called I got an AI assistant “Mila” that was no help at all and later when I finally got in contact with a live agent they put me on hold for over 2 hours. Now I’m in another nation, on a call that I’m being charged by the minute and I told them that. They didn’t care or even help. Avoid JustFly at all cost. It is a scam!!!”

Justfly Nightmare
I bought my round trip tickets to Brazil in June in order to get a good deal. After sometime I started getting emails saying that there was a change in my itinerary. I tried many times to contact Justfly customer service and only got the virtual assistant. I asked to have the new itinerary emailed to me and received the same itinerary. When I tried to book the seats in the airline app I found out I had an impossible itinerary, the flight from Fort Lauderdale to São Paulo left before the flight from Boston to Fort Lauderdale.
Then my nightmare began.
After 40 minutes wait I could talk to a real person.
The first thing they offer is to cancel the flights and give you a refund, but I refused that because the price would be at least double.
I spent almost two days on the phone with different attendants, because the line always went dead after an hour or so but I insisted in calling back and just waiting for a person to pick up.
On the second day no matter how long I waited nobody picked up my calls so I had to cancel the flights and buy another ones for double of the price.
It’s been 11 days and I still haven’t got any refunds.”

When I changed my travel date to December 1, JustFly charged a $150 fee and an additional $518 — fees that were never disclosed up front. Customer service is impossible to reach by phone; after payment you’re routed to an AI text bot that provides no resolution. I would never recommend JustFly. “am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a premium economy ticket (purchased yesterday at 5 PM PCT) for a flight from Helsinki to Los Angeles. The ticket, which was quite expensive, did not include a seat assignment despite the completion of the transaction and the charge to my credit card.
Following the purchase, I contacted both Finnair and British Airways customer service, who informed me that the ticket had not yet been issued and that I needed to contact JustFly to complete the process or risk being assigned a seat only at check-in. This is unacceptable, particularly given the 11-hour flight duration and my preference for an aisle seat.
My subsequent attempts to resolve this issue with JustFly have been equally frustrating. After a lengthy chat this morning, I was initially told to wait three to four days for the ticketing process to be completed. When I then requested a cancellation, I was informed by a JustFly representative (Mila) that a $75 processing fee would apply. Given that I initiated the cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase, I believe this fee is unwarranted. Furthermore, my request for a direct contact number for customer service support was met with an inability to provide such information.
My subsequent calls to the JustFly 1-800 number resulted in being routed back to the same virtual assistant (Mila) despite my request to speak with a live agent. After a 30-minute hold, I received no resolution. The suggestion to book a new flight and then call back to cancel the original booking with its associated $75 fee is frankly unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of customer service proficiency.
Due to this consistently poor service, I will not be using JustFly for future travel arrangements. I request a full refund of the ticket cost, excluding any unjustified processing fees. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.”

I never saw anything saying my trip would not be refunded in full! My family and I are big travelers and will NOT use justfly again. We will go directly to the airline or use another travel aggregator. In addition, I think I was chatting with an Artificial Intelligence system, because it would not accept my birth date for verification, it took 10 minutes just to get that straightened out and then it miscalculated on the calendar!
