If for any reason you want to cancel or even change your flight. They will charge you at least $500 on top of everything. $300 for an "airline penalty" yet no where else does it state that besides an obscure page on their website that only support has a link to. Not to mention their support is horrible, can't even read what your saying, or don't care enough. They DON'T send chat transcripts as "They don't have a corporate email" that is a straight up lie. It auto selected 5 star and when you try to choose anything else the page freezes, AKA they kicked my PC off their website(Yes they can do that, I'm in the network industry), and because of that you can't even scroll back in the TINY chat window to take screenshots of the chat. Their cancellation protection for 200$ is also garbage as it doesn't do anything besides say you've been denied, EVEN though its out of my control which is exactly what their own policy says. Still trying to get my refund for a flight MORE then 2 months out without paying HALF the flight in fees. Would I recommend NO.

Do not use this company. They are just scammers… getting charged to cancel bookings in less than 24 hrs it is ridiculous.

DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.COM. ITS A SCAM!!! THEY ARE THIEF!!! I purchased my flight ticket back on February 9th 2023 from Los Angeles to Toulouse for the weeks of July 14th to July 30th. I received a confirmation email and receipt. When I first tried to check in online in LA, there was some issues. The airline kept saying that the travel agency had cancelled the flight. I went online again and was able to check in through another tool. I went to the airport the next day and the airline helped me get my ticket to the right city. For the return ticket, I tried to check in online again 24 hours in advance with the airline and it didn’t work. I was unable to fix the problem online and didn’t get through to anyone. The next day, on my flight day, I showed up to the airport, to the airline register and gave them my passport with all of the confirmation numbers from justfly.com but it was not working! I was not on the system and therefore I was not able to take my flight to go back to work and go to the doctor appointment of my 3years old boy who has asphma. I have contacted justfly on the phone and they told me that they were not responsible, that the flight was cancelled by me!? Although I have never receive a cancel confirmation nor a refund of my payment. Note that I have provided to them all the proof showing my eligibility to take my flight. To put it simply, they robbed me of several thousand dollars! Is it how they make money and proposed cheaper flight? By robbing few people like me? It’s a scandal! I particularly need to bring my son to the doctor as he has asthma!

PLEASE, do not spend your money here!! This company is nothing but scammers and thieves that try to get your money. They kept asking me before I purchased my tickets if I wanted to add luggage, insurance or other plans to my trip. I declined all. Come to find out they charge an arm and a leg for seats, luggage and insurance when it’s not needed. Double the prices of the airlines directly. They gave me the wrong confirmation # and spelled our names wrong. If we did not call to fix this we wouldn’t have been able to fly. I had to call once a week for 3 weeks for them to fix it because on their records “they never got my call”. All they care for is your money and try to out smart you. I’m sorry to anyone who had to deal with this mess too! Terrible experience.

I had to pay for the check in luggage in the airport which was supposed to be included in the price of the ticket . Do not bother with Justfly . You do not save any , you pay more . Horrible bunch of thick accent inadequates for customer service reps scamming you left and right .

Worst service, charge hidden fees for everything. Anytime you want to change a flight they will charge over $200 as their fee. Will never use them again to book tickets.

Justfly promises cheap flights, but once you go to checkout the prices instantly. Forget about canceling your flight or changing it. They charge a high fee just to process the change. I will never use this platform again.

Thieves!!! I was booking a flight and just when I had given them my credit card information a message poped up in the screen saying the flight price had gone up. There was an OK option, which I did not click because I didn't want to pay the increased amount. There wasn no "NO" option or chance to delete your card information. They booked the flight although I did not click OK. I called immediately to explain. They said they would reimburse. They did, partially, but charged me with a "booking fee" of $150 which they refuse to give back in spite that I never gave my OK to that flight. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I will bring them to court if necessary, but the best warning is DO NOT USE JUSTFLY if you don't want to be robbed.

These people are criminals. If you need to cancel your flights for family emergency, not only do you lose all your money, they charge you an additional $75. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Justfly Do not use them they lie and lie. After booking a flight from Houston to Boston the flight was canceled, so they say. After finding this out and trying to get my money back, along with mutable calls and lie After lie. It in investigation. Don't ever consider calling them no matter how good the price seems.

Bought a ticket for $400. Airline had no record of the ticket and there was no way to reach justfly. Day before flying had to book a new flight and now we are out the $400. Credit card wont dispute the charge and the company wont answer email or phone calls.

Our flight got cancel and we are trying to get an accommodation for our booking and I am trying to call Justflys for 5 hours and they keep hangup after I waited for 2 or 3 hours. Terrible service. Never again using them.

The Airlines Refused to Allow me to Board the Plane with my Valid United States Passport also a Valid Fully Vaccine Card along with my Round Trip Ticket under 30-Days to Return, I EMMEDIATELY CALLED JUSTFLY To make Another Reservations they Assured me I can change my Flight, But when I called back a few days later they were Trying to Extort me for my Money #1). THEY TOLD ME: THE AIRLINE THEY USE WILL ONLY CHANGE MY TICKET IF I "UPGRADE TO A MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE FLIGHT COSTING ME OVER $2,000. MORE... #2). I PAID CLOSE TO $1,400. FOR MY TICKET,...NOW THEY WANT FORCE ME TO PAY FROM $3,000. TO $5,000. FOR MY ROUND TRIP TICKET ( I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE). #3). THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THAT IS THE POLICY OF THE AIRLINE THEY USE AND ONLY ONE THEY CAN FIND BUT IT WAS MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE TICKETS AVAILABLE EVEN NOW. #4). THE AIRLINES HAVE POLICY THEY MUST PAY INVOLUNTARY BOARDING FEES DOUBLE AMOUNT I PAID NOW SEEKING THE AIRLINER POLICIES OF GETTING DOUBLE MY MONEY BACK WHEN BEING DENIED TO BOARD THE PLANE

These are awful - never ever- ever ever use them. I booked a Ryan air flight that was changed and Ryan air gave a refund - had to call Just Fly to beg for my refund and they said they would investigate it to see a refund was there - said it would take 3 days and 8 weeks to get the refund !!! Offered to send them to confirmation email from ryan air and said it was no good- am fuming - absolutely no help at all. I hung on for 40 mins 1 time and the second time I called it was 17 mins!! Joke

It's astonishing how incredibly bad customer service can be. They take it to a new low, one that has completely put me off using travel booking agents (plus another bad one with Kiwi.com). JustFly offers what appears to be a great, flexible website to change bookings, once made. One can see what flights are available (though the route cannot be changed), and if there are any additional charges incurred to switch flights (extra to their US$75 fee) - almost as professional as a common airline's site, except they don't usually charge the extra fee. But just wait until you try to make the change! I tried to book a different return, at no extra cost (apart from their US$75 change fee), but about 10 minutes later, I got an email that customer service needs to talk about the change. Thus begins about 4 hours of completely wasted time! It was as though they were trying to suck as much life (and money, as it happened!) out of me as they could manage. 1) The first call took 15 minutes of waiting to get a live person, who told me the flight would actually be another US$11 or so. I authorized that and thought the matter was finished. 2) A few minutes after that call completed, I got another email to call customer service. A 25 minute wait later, I'm told that flight had disappeared and they could no longer book it. I selected another, which had no additional charges to change, not even the US$11 I'd authorized on the first call. I became concerned, so I checked their online site to see that all these flights were still listed as available, at no additional charge. 3) Repeat #2, except this time, when the agent checks the original flight is available at no extra charge. I stay on with him, until he assures me that the flight is completely booked and there will be no need for any more calls (it's been a couple hours already). He's absolutely sure... I hear laughing in his background, but the agent himself seems to be managing not to laugh. 4) Repeat again! This time the agent (all of the calls have been to different agents, it's like they all want in on the fun!) tells me that they can only book that flight at a huge price increase - this time hundreds of dollars! I finally lose it (because I know the flight is still listed as free on their website) and tell him that I'm done the game playing. Even if they would pretend to be able to re-book the flight for me again, I'm very angry about all my wasted time. I can book a new flight for less than what they are trying to extort from me for this fee. I tell them to leave me at the original booking (with no US$75 fee, which is already listed as a charge on my credit card), I'll go elsewhere. I don't want any more to do with them. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this organization!
