"I booked a flight for 4 people via Justfly with Asiana Airlines, Los Angeles to Vientiane, Laos departing Jan 10, 2025, with 1 stop in Inchon, Korea. Tickets were $1491.80 with $51.80 for baggage tracking. Approximately 16 hours prior to departure I discovered a wrong name on one of the tickets. Bottom line - Asiana said can change the spelling but wouldn't change the name so I opted to cancel the ticket for that person. I was told the cancellation would be $200. I said ok and gave the link for the $200. Next day I saw Justfly charged $251.80 (cancellation and baggage tracking fee I paid). Then I found out the refund for the ticket was only $1291.80, not the $1491.80 I paid. So, that means I paid $451.80 to have 1 ticket cancelled. I was told refund would take 6-8 weeks. Contacted Justfly and clicked on Chat. Only AI on chat and gave stupid reason for the amounts. Won't ever use Justfly again, probably not Asiana either. Also, when the passengers arrived at Inchon for transfer to Busan Air, they were charged $50.00 for Korean visa and were in Inchon for 1 hr 30 mins."

"I simply ordered round trip from Cleveland to Minneapolis, nonstop, Delta, paid, got the booking number from Justfly. Everything went smooth up to this point. \r\nWhen I did not get my tickets in a few hours, I started to get worried that it takes them to long to confirm my reservation. They said it should take no more then 24 hours. I waited for about 30 hours, still no tickets, and cancelled my booking with them. \r\nSurprisingly I was able to get my tickets directly from Delta for the same flights without any problem for the same price! Got my tickets right away! \r\nWhen I tried to reach Justfly customer service about the delayed booking during the 30+ hours of waiting, their answer was \"we are still working on it\". I am wondering what were they working on? The tickets were readily available on the Delta site for anyone but them! \r\nI resume, they are good for nothing, and I should buy directly from airlines from now on.\r\nBy the way, I forgot to mention they did not want to issue a refund right away, even though they failed to provide any service. They said I should wait for it for a couple of month. luckily I was able to get my money back through my credit card but Justfly kept $75 service fee for doing nothing!"

"They sold me a none existing ticket. I bought the tickets for my brother and when he got to the airport, they sent him away, telling him he has been scammed. I called Just flight, no one answered but emailed me instead, all they kept saying was \"we are sorry we can't help you\" Even though I bought the flight with insurance, I later found out they owed the insurance company as well."

"Their customer support in no means available. If you try reaching them it will take 2+hrs. I wanted to get my flight changed 3hrs before but their customer care came for chat only after when my flight left. You cannot cancel your ticket. If there is anything less than this I would have selected unfortunately I have to give 1. Choose expedia or other better agencies do not go via them. Their customer support is not availability to help you out with. Worst worst stay away from them"

"We purchased a roundtrip flight for our daughter. The flight left Atlanta to Daytona Beach and in reverse on Tuesday the 19th. The flight on the 19Th was purchased for a 3:28pm departure. This was purchased on 8\/24, I sent he a screen shot through text of her flights and times. Her flight was changed to 6AM on the 19th. Justfly says I went in and changed it before I purchased it, they can tell by the keystrokes. NO WAY!!! I would never purchase a 6AM flight, for 2 reasons. 1. I hate mornings. 2. The 19th is her grandmothers Birthday and we had a lunch planned before she flew out. Ahmed was rude and argued with everything we said even refusing to get me a supervisor 3 times. The supervisor finally called and told me about the keystrokes and I can changed the ticket for a crazy amount of money.\r\n\r\nRUN AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!"
