I booked a last-minute flight with them for my son. The next morning I found out that he needed a different return flight home. It wasn't even 18h later and there was no way to cancel or even modify his trip without paying a $75 penalty. All of the other sites like Justfly give you 24h to cancel, but not Justfly. Justfly should be renamed Justaripoff.com. I will stick with Priceline and Booking.com in the future. The flight prices are the same with much better customer service.
