They sold me tickets on overbooked flight, basically they sold not existing sit on the flight.When I asked them to provide service that I paid for they said they can't sit that I bought taking,and they not gonna refund.So I didn't get flight and didn't get money.This trip to Vancouver was for my mom's birthday gift!It's became nightmare!!
