My flights from Europe were cancelled when Covid hit. I could not get Justfly to issue me another flight ticket to return to the USA so I purchased one. I tried for 3 years to get my money back and eventialy they refunded me everything. They were always very pleasant to me. My advice is to keep talking to them and eventually you will succeed.
