air tickets scammer… Right after I purchased my air tickets on July 16th, 2024 from Justfly.com, I realized that the departure time was mistaken. I immediately contacted Justfly agent and requested to change just the departure time from pm to am. A guy named Omar, instead of helping me with that, he suggested me to cancel the air ticket and he is going to issue a full refund that way I can make a fresh purchase. I never asked him to cancel the ticket to begin with. But then I thought, may be that was the way to deal with that particular situation. He cancelled the reservation. I was initially charged $1188.24. Later he sent me an email that said I get only $931.92 So he basically tricked me with namely full refund. I have not gotten a dime yet. I am gonna step up to DOT. I won't recommend this site or agent to any one. Be careful guys....!
