This site is really fraud. They have pushed me to choose a seat and deducted too much money equal to half price of the ticket only for forced seat reservation without my confirmation!
The customer service only is replying via chat! And when I asked for an official email I got this response: we don't have any email!!
How can a reliable company exists without even one official email....
