I had a highly disappointing experience with Justfly regarding their ticket cancellation process. In addition to the airline's own cancellation fees, Justfly charged an additional $200 per passenger, which resulted in a total of $600 for just two bookings involving three passengers on the same day.
While I fully understand that service fees are part of the business, this amount felt excessive and unreasonable. It gave the clear impression that customer care and fairness are not priorities for Justfly. With fees like these, it is difficult to justify ever booking through Justfly again.
Going forward, I will exercise extreme caution before using their services and strongly encourage Justfly's management to carefully reconsider their fee structure and adjustment charges.
