I gave Just Like Bob a picture of my family to use and the likeness of what they gave back looked absolutely nothing like my family. I asked them multiple times to change it, and they either refused or were unable to do so. Customer service never got back to me after multiple attempts. I now have a crappy picture that I can't do anything with and they don't offer refunds. This is a great idea, but Just Like Bob has awful execution. Don't waste your money.
