“I placed an order for a canvas print of my family portrait Dec 2, 2023 and it’s been almost 3 months with no product coming. The company was fast to get the artwork drawn, so I didn’t think it would be an issue with ordering prints. I wish I had seen these reviews. As another person in a similar position pointed out, it appears they actually make the art, but then scam you on any merchandise you buy afterwards. I should have spotted the red flag that was their contact info- only an email address. Naturally I sent many emails but they all go unanswered.”
“I should have checked on them earlier then I would have seen these reviews, but I ordered a mask from their site and immediately got a confirmation email. Money was withdrawn out of my account. Over the next 3 weeks I have emailed 3 times to try to get a tracking number or any info on my order but have not received any response via email or chat. Looks like I am out my $18. Scam site.”
“Placed in order in November and it’s now the end of January and I can’t get them to reply to me about the status. I have tried to contact them via email and it’s useless. They get you the art fast but I truly believe anything additional is a scam at this point. I paid $150 to have mine put on canvas and can’t even get a response on my order that has been sitting as processing for 8 weeks.”
“No communication. I ordered a picture of me, my husband and my dogs. The picture was great so I approved it. What I didn't consider was that when I went to frame it or put it on canvas our dogs heads got cut off. I have sent multiple emails, messages to the website chat and to Facebook messanger asking them to please just make the dogs heads just a bit higher so they don't get cut off and nothing... for weeks. No communication.”

“They draw the picture so fast and it sends to your junk mail. They have a 48 hour turn around time to approve the proof of They won't make changes. They take longer to reply to a msg than to draw a photo. I'm not impressed with the customer service aspect. I never tip before I receive something and I'm glad I didn't. I would have chose a different company knowing they give you 48 hours no matter the day of the week but take over 7 days to reply to a simple color change of something.”

“Ordered a portrait near the end of September, it's now mid November and I haven't received anything, on the site it said my order was fulfilled but I never received a link to view it and whenever you live chat or email you will never ever get a response. I feel entirely scammed, please don't buy from here”
“I ordered a hoodie from them and got my confirmation email. The site stated orders would be processed in 1-5 business days for tye item I selectrd. They took my money and have not done anything. It has been 2 weeks and they cannot even get back to any of my emails. Their automated message service is a joke and simply is there to give you geberic answers with no follow up by an actual rep. This sucks because the item was an anniversary present that will not be here on time.
Avoid them if you want to not waste your money and time.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I had a wonderful experience with them creating a photo of my friends and their dog in the Bob’s Burgers vein.
Their art team did a fantastic job. I received a proof a few days after I placed my order. They made every change I requested. The lag time was about 4-5 days between my feedback and their response. (It was early December so I’m sure their volume was thru the roof!) Once I gave my final approval I received a link to the finished product within minutes.
You know a gift is good when it brings tears to BOTH of the recipients eyes! They knew the setting immediately and could tell which photo their new art was based on.”
