They draw the picture so fast and it sends to your junk mail. They have a 48 hour turn around time to approve the proof of They won't make changes. They take longer to reply to a msg than to draw a photo. I'm not impressed with the customer service aspect. I never tip before I receive something and I'm glad I didn't. I would have chose a different company knowing they give you 48 hours no matter the day of the week but take over 7 days to reply to a simple color change of something.
