I ordered a hoodie from them and got my confirmation email. The site stated orders would be processed in 1-5 business days for tye item I selectrd. They took my money and have not done anything. It has been 2 weeks and they cannot even get back to any of my emails. Their automated message service is a joke and simply is there to give you geberic answers with no follow up by an actual rep. This sucks because the item was an anniversary present that will not be here on time.
Avoid them if you want to not waste your money and time.
