I had a great experience in 2022. However, regarding my recent order that was made months ago, they took my payment and then like everyone else lately, I haven't heard a thing back, despite attempts to reach out. Perhaps this is a cut and run operation, or perhaps they will turn it around. Either way, I'll be escalating my case as much as possible at this point.
