I placed an order for a canvas print of my family portrait Dec 2, 2023 and it’s been almost 3 months with no product coming. The company was fast to get the artwork drawn, so I didn’t think it would be an issue with ordering prints. I wish I had seen these reviews. As another person in a similar position pointed out, it appears they actually make the art, but then scam you on any merchandise you buy afterwards. I should have spotted the red flag that was their contact info- only an email address. Naturally I sent many emails but they all go unanswered.
