Their art team did a fantastic job. I received a proof a few days after I placed my order. They made every change I requested. The lag time was about 4-5 days between my feedback and their response. (It was early December so I’m sure their volume was thru the roof!) Once I gave my final approval I received a link to the finished product within minutes.
You know a gift is good when it brings tears to BOTH of the recipients eyes! They knew the setting immediately and could tell which photo their new art was based on.”

It was near Christmas, so timing was close, but the digital copy landed in time, though it did take a couple of weeks and an email to check in. Again, holiday business, so no rating knock.

“Ordered a portrait as a Christmas give and she absolutely loved it! Was told that I had 'won' Christmas this year. Only took a few days to receive the initial draft, of which I was asked if I would like any changes done. There was one detail I wanted modified compared to the pictures I had sent, and they complied with at no charge/no hassle whatsoever. My experience with their customer support could not have gone better and they also did ask for permission to use my portrait in marketing materials, of which I had no issue with. I personally have a hard time believing some of these bad reviews and claims of stealing artwork. Seems like a smear campaign from competitors to me... but I can only speak from my own experience and it was great. I would (and have) recommended this service to other Bob's Burgers fans.”
“I got a portrait of my girlfriend and I done for her birthday and I was incredibly pleased with the result. In my description I fully laid out exactly what we should be wearing and our height differences. I got back my print fairly quickly, and when I requested the one change I wanted (the color of my pants and hat) they made it extremely quickly. I paid for a print elsewhere, but it came out beautifully on the canvas I had done. I think we came out great and I am very happy with the result and the speed of the delivery of the digital copy (took about 2 weeks).”

I paid for the quick turnaround and had a proof within a couple days. The edits were done immediately and looked great. I realized a couple weeks later that there were some outlines I had missed that should have been removed but weren’t. When I sent an email and pic back, the new edits were done overnight with no questions asked. I was not expecting that quick of turnaround a week before Christmas since I had already approved the print weeks ago. Service has been top notch to say the least and the image looks great. My friend and his family love it.
