Ordered a portrait as a Christmas give and she absolutely loved it! Was told that I had 'won' Christmas this year. Only took a few days to receive the initial draft, of which I was asked if I would like any changes done. There was one detail I wanted modified compared to the pictures I had sent, and they complied with at no charge/no hassle whatsoever. My experience with their customer support could not have gone better and they also did ask for permission to use my portrait in marketing materials, of which I had no issue with. I personally have a hard time believing some of these bad reviews and claims of stealing artwork. Seems like a smear campaign from competitors to me... but I can only speak from my own experience and it was great. I would (and have) recommended this service to other Bob's Burgers fans.
