No communication. I ordered a picture of me, my husband and my dogs. The picture was great so I approved it. What I didn't consider was that when I went to frame it or put it on canvas our dogs heads got cut off. I have sent multiple emails, messages to the website chat and to Facebook messanger asking them to please just make the dogs heads just a bit higher so they don't get cut off and nothing... for weeks. No communication.
