Technical glitch with App and automated phone line. Couldn't pay for 4 hours parking 13:14 - 17:14 as App kept automatically adding £1 for overnight parking (after 16:30). Thought an email to customer service would sort the issue, how wrong I was. First and last time user, I'll keep change in my car from now on.
