They suck, go with literally any other company. Though they are raking in cash their ONLY valid selling point is that they conveniently at gas stations.
There pods leak into the device and into your mouth.
Battery life is good for 2-3weeks tops.
They lie and are dishonest about warranty practices.
There customer service is garbage so is their online account system.
Vuse is a better product but recommend going with online products/brands and ordering in advance.
