I don't use juul, BUT bottom indisputable fact is that this is a nicotine product, yes, better than smoking cigarettes, however, nicotine is highly, highly addictive and causes various health issues.
This is true in any person, any age, any century despite what anyone may make themselves believe from social media or any program on netflix.
