Let me first say... I LOVE juul auto ship option.. but I recently came across this scenario that has been absolutely infuriating. Dec 31st I bought and moved into a new house. My auto ship was rejected at my old adress because I moved... quite understandable. The problem raised when I tried to update my address on the website. They can not confirm my new address on the public site they use... well duh.. I just purchased a new house, that will take a while, at least till my new adress is reported. The problem is... I can not cx my auto ship because I recieved a free new device they offered with the stipulation I agree to continuing my auto ship for 3 months. I now can't cx my auto ship.. nor can update my address. Customer service tells me they can help.. but the solution they offered was update address.. cant.. cx auto ship.. cant.. or pay a cx fee... or let the auto ship continue.. and just wait till it's returned for my refund.... this will happen basically till the end of time... cause I can't change my auto ship... maybe some one in corporate could work out a better solution... like really.. as a company not everything is cut and dry... please help with ideas... getting ready to cx my credit card just to stop this never ending merry-go-round
