Out of all methods I used to stop smoking The smoking patch seem to work best. Using the jewel for a while I developed a horrible horrible dry cough It was non-stop I thought I had cancer or something but I didn't I was clean thank God. I cannot recommend this device at all at first it was kind of helpful I think it's just very strong and the chemicals in it can give you a very bad cough and I think is very damaging opposed to the patch . Using nicorette patches stop me from smoking anything cigarettes or vaping they help the best they give you constant nicotine throughout the day I understand what Jewel is trying to do but it's actually killing your throat at least for me anyway
