Had a problem registering my device, (due to age verification issue---I'm 63!!) then had 2 leaking pods. With no way to register I have no way to get replacement pods. Seems like a convenient way not to have any customer support. I called the support line only to be told there is nothing they can do to help me on either issue. Worst support line I have ever encountered. Now I wish I chose a different product at the time of purchase. Very disappointed.
