Amazing support and customer service! I’ve had trouble two times out of three with my orders: I bought my first starter pack for 75$+ in a smoke shop next to my house. After testing all the flavors included I then decided to go order my favorites pods from the Juul website as everything there is cheaper. I ordered about a couple of other smoking devices since it was so much more inexpensive online. I payed for express shipping, as well as 4packs of pods, this order totaling about 240$. A couple of days later I only receive the 4 packs of pods from the order. I then called customer service and I have to say I was amazed by how fast it was to speak with an actual person. And how nice and caring they were! I asked if the devices were shipped in a separate order since I didn’t receive them. The associate said it might have been a mistake on their part, and proceeded to reship them, express shipping on Juul! HE ALSO GAVE ME A COUPON CODE FOR 50% off my next order!!! Just, amazing. A month later I decided to re-up my pods and once again, I ordered a couple of devices more, 3 separate chargers and 10 packs of pods (the maximum amount authorized). The total was 297$ but with my coupon, I only paid $184 including express shipping again. I was very satisfied with this order. My third and last order, I decided to re -up only on mint pods, my absolute favorites, 6 packs pods for the price of 5 with their promotion. I didn’t not pay for Express shipping and waited very impatiently for 5 days lol. Finally, I received an email saying that it was delivered around 11am. When I came back later in the evening from college. I did not find it at my door. I tried calling Juul’s customer service after contacting USPS, but both were closed (it was 7pm) I then decided to check with my neighbors if they didn’t get the package. Nothing. The next day I called Juul’s customer service in the morning and explained the issue. Personally, I suspected the package to have been stolen from my front door (my mailbox was open when I checked it) Once again, it only took a few seconds from the moment I called before I was connected with an associate that had the authority to take care of me without transferring me to other department or make me hold. The lady on the phone was very nice, and immediately re ship a new order for me, free of any charge AND with express shipping on them! With the only condition that someone be present on delivery day to sign upon it. What’s the word? Amazing! In summary, with Juul, you get what you pay for AND MORE. Great products, great team, great flavors and great care for their customers.
