Juul 3% Virginia Tobacco is like water. I’m going through 2-3 a day!!! I’ve never been over a pack a day smoker. 5% lasted much longer than these. I’m 44 and smoked for almost 30yrs. I quit smoking months ago because of Juul, but now I’m stuck paying hundreds a month for the 3%. I’m so upset!
