I am in my third month of training with James through his online coaching programme. The confidence I have gained in this short amount of time is really incredible, not only has my strength improved physically but mentally I feel so much stronger, focused and more driven.
The daily goals keep me on track and the plan is broken down in such a simple, attainable way that I do not have to sacrifice anything to work in with my schedule which is great!
With James' expert advice on nutrition, I have seen more results with muscle tone and body composition during this short period than many months of watching what I eat and overthinking my diet.
The tailored training plan means I know exactly what I am doing when I get to the gym and James is so forthcoming with knowledge and tips on how to get the best from my workouts and support whenever I need it. James always gives me the confidence to challenge myself more than I thought could!
