Great personal fitness session, from the individual chosen music beat for the level of workout for a mid-aged ish adult as well as a guide to best nutrition for a growing male teen.
I was particularly impressed with how soon it was picked up on weaker muscles strength on one leg compared to the other on the growing teen (coincided with previous growing pains) and how the exercises are adapted with that in mind.
I would definitely recommend JW Fitness.
