i find it hard to put in words just how poor the service is from this company my very close friend made a will with a solicitor from this practice in 2011 it was written so badly they could not get probate so it cost the people mentioned in the will £6000 to get the fee earner to agree to be passed over and 18 months in time due to the fact that the solicitor would not engage in any kind of media be it emails. letters .phone calls(nothing) and only agreed to be passed over just before a court case!! but he still paid himself £1600 in fees for getting everything wrong the man is still working for Reilly & co but due to policy i can not name him kevin reilly(keep clear of this firm).
