Quality boat cover - delivered in a couple of days. Straps for the cover were not included - phoned up to question this and it was a mistake - Kaiser rectified this immediately and the straps arrived the next day via express post - overall very pleased with cover and service (we all slip up but service once notified of error was impressive).
