I was on Kaplans apprenticeship scheme studying AAT L3, by was, they took the final payment and stopped the apprenticeship without any correspondence. I have tried to get them to help me rectify an error (since April, now August) with my end point assessment but due to them removing me as a student, they have left my in an administrational nightmare where I cannot complete my apprenticeship and receive the completion certificate despite completing all the requisite criteria. I would strongly advise you to avoid Kaplan all together, their study materials are great but almost everything else lets them down completely.
