Very helpful and friendly. As someone in between two sizes, I chose a pair of Ls, which turned out to be too long and a little loose fitting. I then ordered a pair of Ms in another colour which are a good fit, though slightly short (but not overly so). So I've sent back the Ls to change for Ms.
