Soft and form fitting but yet breathable. Every line of Kapow is 5 stars and the Velvets are no exception. The first wear was a bit stiff, but after that i love them as much as the other Kapows. The Velvets are perfect for chilly night. Pairs well some some good boots. Kapow is an all around 5 star company and that's why I keep coming back. 5 star product, 5 star shipping speed, and 5 star customer service interaction.
