This was my first ever bridal appointment and I am so glad that I went to KWH first!! Firstly, Ebony the lovely manager was able to get us into an earlier appointment after I emailed and turns out she was my stylist! Ebony was truly amazing!! She was so supportive and really understood what I was looking for in a dress and my desired look for the day. She took so much care and was a joy to have dress me. She made me feel very comfortable and really made the day. I ended up buying the Aubrey gown and it was great to know that I could customise the dress to what I want. Extremely happy!
