“I absolutely adored my KWH gown - i wore the lou lou Elizabeth and it was everything i dreamed of and more! I felt so confident in my gown and made me feel beautiful. The experience at KWH was exceptional and the reason i bought my gown. The entire team have been so lovely and amazing to work with. I thought i had found my dream dress somewhere else, but i hadn't had a great experience at the store - the moment i walked in to KWH and was greeted by Jazz i felt so loved - she was so excited, genuine and listened to me and what i liked in a gown. She was not rushed, poured the bubbles and my mum and i left on such a high i knew i was going to order a KWH gown. I went back the following weekend and decided on my dress and it was such a highlight of the entire wedding process. Whenever someone would call from KWH they were so lovely and genuine - the customer service is by far the best i have experienced. They are so accommodating! I decided half way through after seeing a new corset come out i needed to have it and changed my top - it wasn't out yet but the girls made it happen so i could have the perfect dress only a few months out from my wedding. Even through to my final fitting was such an amazing experience and i could not have been happier with my dress or the customer service. The team is genuinely so happy for you, don't rush you, let you try on everything and make the whole experience incredible. I could not recommend them enough! I am still on such a high from the whole experience.”

“I had the most incredible experience with KWH for my wedding dress! I had an appointment first in Brisbane with some friends, and had a fun time while feeling so comfortable and not rushed. I then did another appointment in Sydney and was taken back by the professionalism while keeping it fun and easy to understand next steps involved. From the many dress options, to finding a custom piece by mixing up tops to the skirts, I felt like I really found my perfect dress. The fittings that followed were great too, and was so easy. My only consideration in future is that the buttons did not have my dress as tight as it was originally shown when I went to the appointments. This is because in store, they corset you together really tight which looked better than the buttons. I wish I was told this in the fittings, as I would have been more pressing to make it fit tighter.”
