I had the most incredible experience with KWH for my wedding dress! I had an appointment first in Brisbane with some friends, and had a fun time while feeling so comfortable and not rushed. I then did another appointment in Sydney and was taken back by the professionalism while keeping it fun and easy to understand next steps involved. From the many dress options, to finding a custom piece by mixing up tops to the skirts, I felt like I really found my perfect dress. The fittings that followed were great too, and was so easy. My only consideration in future is that the buttons did not have my dress as tight as it was originally shown when I went to the appointments. This is because in store, they corset you together really tight which looked better than the buttons. I wish I was told this in the fittings, as I would have been more pressing to make it fit tighter.
