“I absolutely could not flaw my experience at Karen Willis Holmes Sydney on the weekend! Annie helped me find my dream dress and made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable! Everyone I met on Saturday was so so lovely and when I had a tear or two because I found the one they matched my level of excitement! Absolute best experience and I can’t wait to wear my dress next year! 🤍”

“I chose my dress at the KWH store in Alexandria yesterday and I could NOT be happier about it! The first time I went in, I was served by Denisa, and as well as being super funny, lovely and honest, she definitely knew what she was talking about! She made me feel very comfortable and picked out some styles that suited me! Back in for a Re-try appointment - I am being helped by Jaz. Also really lovely, bubbly and funny! Helped me pick out the dress of my dreams by being honest about what suited my body and what made me look sexy but was also flattering! Will definitely recommend KWH to any of my future bridal friends!!”

“I am devastated, the quality of dress is shocking. The seam is not properly sewn, the back too, the front between the top and bottom connection is not sewn together, there’s a gap or I would say hole. The back of the skirt too has a gap/hole where the seam is not connected. I can’t believe this has literally happened to my wedding dress. And shockingly when I mentioned it to the shop manager, she has advised me to get it done by my own seamstress, if she were to send it back to head office I will not get my dress in time for my wedding, but why do I need to go through such drama. The dress is not cheap and I wasn’t expecting this to happen. I can’t believe it. Regardless whether how you want to communicate with the seamstress to get it sorted, the quality of the dress when it arrive is shocking !!!”

“Had a wonderful first appointment at KWH Armadale from the stunning dresses to the staff. Lauren took her time to make me feel comfortable in my appointment and the various dresses I tried on. Lauren was really helpful in suggesting dresses / pieces I hadn’t considered but ended up being the pieces I loved the most! Lauren was very patient and kind which I really appreciated. I came to KWH with a specific style in mind and I was not disappointed at all, the quality of the pieces were beautiful I feel I have found my dream dress here. So looking forward to seeing the final piece on my day.”

“Staff was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in to the store to the final dress fitting. I felt very loved and looked after! “I purchased the Fontanne dress and it fit perfectly, we had our wedding at Zonzo and it looked so beautiful in the lights as it shimmered. I was very happy with my purchase and choice. It was comfortable to wear and I needed minimal alternations which was a bonus for me.”

“I had such an incredible experience at Karen Willis Holmes, Melbourne. I2 years ago I wore a KWH wedding gown for a bridal photoshoot in Wellington, NZ. I fell in love with the dress and almost purchased it for the future but didn’t as there was no wedding in sight at that time. When I got engaged this year the dress immediately came to mind so I emailed KWH with a photo from the magazine. As fate would have it the exact gown had just been updated and re released. I promptly made an appointment in the Melbourne store as I happened to be in Melbourne for a wedding a few months later. When the day arrived, Hayley really went that extra mile to make me and my family feel so comfortable, well looked and special. It was such an incredible moment when I tried on the dress and I loved it just as much as I did all those many years ago. We all cried and I walked out that day with my dream wedding gown. I can’t recommend Karen Willis Holmes enough. I’ll never forget the experience x”

“I had the most wonderful first time experience at the Melbourne boutique. I had to bring my 9month daughter with me and the girls could not have been more accommodating. It was the first time I had tried on any dresses and it was truly every girls dream in relation to bridal dress shopping. Due to the short turn around time to my wedding date I was able to secure a dress from the Sydney team which arrived the next day. I couldn't be happier with my dress and the wonderful KWH team.”
