I am devastated, the quality of dress is shocking. The seam is not properly sewn, the back too, the front between the top and bottom connection is not sewn together, there’s a gap or I would say hole. The back of the skirt too has a gap/hole where the seam is not connected. I can’t believe this has literally happened to my wedding dress. And shockingly when I mentioned it to the shop manager, she has advised me to get it done by my own seamstress, if she were to send it back to head office I will not get my dress in time for my wedding, but why do I need to go through such drama. The dress is not cheap and I wasn’t expecting this to happen. I can’t believe it. Regardless whether how you want to communicate with the seamstress to get it sorted, the quality of the dress when it arrive is shocking !!!
