“I had the most incredible experience with KWH for my wedding dress! I had an appointment first in Brisbane with some friends, and had a fun time while feeling so comfortable and not rushed. I then did another appointment in Sydney and was taken back by the professionalism while keeping it fun and easy to understand next steps involved. From the many dress options, to finding a custom piece by mixing up tops to the skirts, I felt like I really found my perfect dress. The fittings that followed were great too, and was so easy. My only consideration in future is that the buttons did not have my dress as tight as it was originally shown when I went to the appointments. This is because in store, they corset you together really tight which looked better than the buttons. I wish I was told this in the fittings, as I would have been more pressing to make it fit tighter.”

“I visited the Karen WIlis store about 12 months out from my wedding. I was greet by Annie who made me feel so comfortable from the get go. I had swapped out the different combinations of tops and skirts about 50 times and did not feel rushed or like an inconvience once she was a total gem. The dress itself was absolutely stunning and altered to perfection by the KWH team in Newtown. The quality of the matieral far surpassed any other shop I had went too and I was over the moon with the customisation of every little detail. Would highly reccommend to any bride who likes the feeling of making their dress their own but also letting the quality and designs of people who know what works speak.”

“Absolutely magical experience finding my dream wedding dress! From the moment I walked into KWH, I felt like a princess. The staff (Beth & Denisa) were incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find 'the one'. Their selection was stunning, and they really listened to my vision. When I finally tried on THE dress, I knew instantly - it was perfect! Tears of joy all around. Honestly the final result exceeded all my expectations. I can't recommend KWH enough for any bride-to-be. They made one of the most important parts of wedding planning an unforgettable, joyous occasion. “I walked into the High St store just 12 weeks before my day after a disastrous fitting at another store. I was so emotionally wrecked and filled with uncertainty but the ladies at KWH took me in their arms and promised me they would find me a dress that I loved and fit me properly. And that’s exactly what they did. I have so much love and appreciation for the kindness and thoroughness of everyone working for KWH. The detail put into every appointment and fitting had me completely at ease. Words aren’t enough to convey just how grateful I am for being able to wear such a stunning gown on my day.”

“From trying on dresses to my final fitting, the KWH team were so accommodating and easy to deal with. I was so in love with my dress and I’m glad the whole process was stress free. Having had to expedite my wedding, the KWH expedited the process for me without a problem. The quality and detail of my gown was simply stunning and surprisingly so comfortable, I wore the same gown all day and night, I didn’t want to take it off!! Thank you KWH”
