“I recently purchased my dress from KWH. I had my first appointment with Jithya who was so helpful and professional. She had already set up some dresses that I’d preselected but quickly came up with styling ideas after hearing what I was after. Emily was at my second appointment (after I met her at the first) and I could not recommend my experience with her more. She truly listened to your thoughts and offered options and solutions. Emily is so knowledgeable and is honestly everything you could want in a bridal stylist. I walked away from the experience SO happy and excited that I’d found a dress that felt like me. KWH is super customisable and of high quality. I cannot wait to wear my dress!”

“From the first try on appoinment, walking into the Armadale boutique I knew I would find my dream dress. The options to try on and mix and match allowed me to find something that was stunning but also suited my body shape, and the staff were an incredible help (not just in providing a little prosecco to settle any nerves). Could not have asked for any more from my wedding dress experience!”

“KWH is the most professional and beautiful team! I followed their work through weddings and Pinterest as a part of my planning and mood boards leading up to my wedding (this March, 2024). As I am stateside they met at all hours, we had 1 zoom measurements meeting and the team custom made the most beautiful dress and jacket! I’m an executive in the apparel industry and know beautiful care, fit and construction. The consideration for style, contemporary lines and the essence of how the body fits is impeccable! Both pieces fit almost perfectly with the right amount of ease to allow a bit of tailoring to make the dress and jacket precisely fit my body and style. I’m in Portland, Oregon and have no retailers to have seen or tried on before I ordered. I’m impressed and will recommend KWH to everyone I know. Thank you team! You’ve made my day!”

“The KWH team Armadale were phenomenal! I can not thank them enough for their expertise and genuine care in helping me choose my wedding dress. I was quite nervous about the wedding dress process given that I am curvy however my mind was put at ease with Shay, her recommendations of what would suit my body shape were amazing. If you are a more curvy lady look no further than KWH. I travelled from New Zealand to have dress fittings and every time the team were so welcoming and took their time to make alterations that made the dress just perfect. Thank you KWH Armadale my wedding dress is absolutely perfect and the compliments of how amazing it looked are still coming in after the wedding day. ♥️”

“I went to many bridal stores to try on dresses before I discovered Karen Willis Holmes on Instagram. Today I went to their Melbourne Boutique and honestly had the most beautiful experience and I haven’t even picked up my wedding dress or even had my first fitting! First impressions really do matter, and KWH DID NOT DISAPPOINT! From the moment I enquired with their team online I had a very quick and friendly response, unlike many other bridal boutiques I had previously enquired with. I instantly felt excited about going there to try on dresses and from the moment I stepped into the shop I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The store is beautiful, light and clean. The dresses were in perfect condition which is very appreciated when trying them on as again, previous stores I did not have this same experience. I can already see their impeccable eye for detail. Every single person working in that store today had a smile on their face and said hello to me. They also each provided great feedback on the dresses I tried on. I just loved every moment. As did my mum & nan who came along and got to enjoy a complimentry Prosecco 🫶🏻 Thank-you so far. I am so excited for what’s to come.”

“I highly recommend KWH for their amazing professionalism, great staff, and wonderful creations. My first choice was one of the collections but I fell in love with Isabelle, one of the dresses off the rack. I felt so comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day. They even managed to accomodate me even I was running out of time as I was looking for a dress a month prior to my wedding day. Kudos, KWH! 🙌👏”

“Went to 3 stores before stepping into Karen Willis, where I was greeted by the delighftul Dennisa. The gowns - Stunning! (The assemble your own gown is so clever, I loved it right away) The experience- extraordinary. “I had the most amazing and beautiful experience with Sophie at the KWH Brisbane boutique today. After finding my dream dress online 18 months ago (well before getting engaged), it was one of five that I shortlisted for try-on today. Sophie was amazing in talking me through the entire collection, but also educating me on the Luxe gowns that I was already so taken with. I feel so lucky to have met Sophie, and had such a special (and quick!) wedding dress shopping experience. Beyond excited to receive my dress and wear it on our special day.
