“My stylist (Emily), the quality of garments (Aussies do it better) 🇦🇺 the customer service leading up to your appointment and everything inbetween. If you don't walk out with a skip in your step your at the wrong place. I needed a miracle and the girls and guys at KWH definitely delivered. My vision was brought to life with KWH, I got the timeless, i got the modest & the elegance with a splash of fun. Couldnt Recommend Emily my stylist enough, she was friendly, fun, patient, she very accommodating.”

“I can't speak highly enough of the KWH team. I was not feeling 'body confident' due to some extra weight, but the team made sure I was 100% comfortable in the dress and Denisa (Alexandria) helped me find one that complimented my figure. The team at the head office were great too and I'm glad I got them to help with alterations, they are transparent about being a little more expensive for hemming etc. but there's something special about working with the same dressmakers! Thank you KWH :)”

“My experience at Karen Willis Holmes was exceptional from start to finish. I found my beautiful gown in the Sydney showroom. The girls there made it such a special day and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I had an interstate move in between and I was then able to have all of my alterations done in at the Melbourne store. My experience here was just as good and my dress maker was a dream to work with. “My experience was 5-star with KWH in Armadale. The minute my mum and I arrived to my first try-on, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel so comfortable. The staff made appropriate suggestions and were patient and kind. Once I had decided I wanted to combine different dresses and create my own style, the staff were so supportive. Nothing was a problem. Kim, my seamstress was just so thoughtful, kind and generous in my fittings. Making my mum who was very sick so comfortable and I will forever be grateful to her and the rest of the staff for providing my mum and me the best experience in seeing me for the first and last time in my 'perfect' dress. I cannot recommend Karen Willis Holmes, Armadale more.”

“I cannot express enough how in love I am with my Shelby gown from Karen Willis Holmes. From the moment I laid eyes on it, I knew it was the one. I went to other boutiques and was always thinking of this one dress! The modern and clean cut of it made the dress look so delicate, elegant and just sophisticated, what I had always dreamed of for my wedding day. I felt like truly myself in this gown. I had the best experience going to their Newtown office and getting my dress resized and getting my pearl veil which I loved so much as well! On my wedding day, I received so many compliments from my guests, who were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the dress. And most importantly, my husband was completely in awe when he saw me walking down the aisle in it haha. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress, and I am so grateful to Karen Willis Holmes for creating such a masterpiece. “I found my dress at Karen Willis Holmes! The dress-shopping experience can feel quite overwhelming, even for someone who is pretty relaxed and organised. I had varying experiences at bridal stores when searching for my dress, but the experience at KWH with Manty was really lovely from start to finish. Nothing was too difficult and the all of the ladies were calm, friendly and down-to-earth (AND I was one of the final appointments on a Saturday afternoon, arguably the busiest day for bridal stores!). The dresses are perfection and I’m so excited to wear my gown for my special day!”

“KWH Armadale was such an amazing experience! I attended 4 other bridal shops and KWH was far better than the others. The staff at KWH were so helpful and lovely- they made my guests & I feel super comfortable and made the dress-trying experience lovely, relaxing and positive. I didn't feel at all self-conscious with the staff, who were super supportive and honest in their opinions. I purchased my dress from KWH on the same day. The team at KWH even went to the effort to have one of the seamstresses come and look at my dress and offer opinion on any potential alterations to be made. Overall, I could not recommend KWH more highly.”
